Osby Glas is a leading glass manufacturer, specializing in insulated glass production, glass processing, and wholesale distribution.

Our first interaction came during a performance management training held for all Beijer Invest portfolio companies. Osby Glas’s CEO and CFO attended — and immediately saw the potential of applying the same thinking across their entire leadership team. They reached out for support in bringing the full team up to speed and putting performance management into practice.

Key Needs Identified:

  • Building a shared understanding of effective performance management
  • Defining clear, actionable objectives to guide the business and enable structured follow-up
  • Applying the new way of working with objectives, follow-up, and analysis for at least six months

We structured the engagement as a series of hands-on workshops. The Information Company supported the leadership team at Osby Glas in establishing a stronger foundation for performance management by guiding them through key steps:

  • Reviewing the current situation and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Defining the organization’s key objectives for 2021
  • Ensuring quality and measurability through relevant objective levels
  • Establishing structured follow-ups, including dashboard visualizations
  • Creating analysis groups to prepare for and lead meaningful follow-up meetings
