My Journey at TIC
I joined TIC in 2014 as a junior consultant. Today, I’m a partner with responsibility for client success, quality assurance, and our online training in performance management.
That said, my most critical responsibility might just be making sure Kikki Danielsson – God morgon plays in the office every Friday — because that’s how you officially start the weekend.
Education & previous experience
I hold a degree in Business and Economics with a focus on Strategy and Management Control from Linköping University, along with a year of international business studies in the U.S.
My thesis explored how cultural factors influence management control, based on case studies of Swedish companies acquired by global corporations.
A Bit About Me
I’m a parent of young children, currently learning more from them than they are from me—especially when it comes to dinosaurs.
Beyond that, I have a strong interest in history and enjoy exploring old bunkers across Europe in my free time.
Fun fact
I once surfed with sharks. Luckily, it was just a small one at a safe distance…
