CEO / Corporate Performance Management Expert
Founder and CEO of The Information Company
I founded The Information Company in 2007 based on one core insight: many organizations struggle to reach their full potential because they can’t clearly answer two critical questions — “Where are we going?” and “How are we doing?”
The answer lies in a modern, effective approach to performance management — one that clarifies both direction and progress, and drives action aligned with the strategy. But few organizations succeed at this. That’s why we exist: to help them unlock their full potential through focused, actionable performance management.
As CEO and head of customer and quality assurance, I stay involved in most of our projects — to make sure they’re research-based, high-quality, tailored to each client’s needs, and deliver the value we promise. The most rewarding part of my role? Meeting satisfied clients and seeing firsthand the difference our work makes. It’s exactly why I started the company — and I’m reminded of that impact every day.
Education & Previous Experience
I’ve worked with strategy and goal management-oriented questions my whole life. I started my career as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and since then I’ve cofounded several management consulting companies such as Warp Business Advisers, Cordial Business Advisers and executive search company Agentum.
Today, I’m also active as an angel investor and board member. I hold a Master of Science from the Stockholm School of Economics and Wirtscheftuniversität Wien (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
A Bit About Me
I’m a proud dad of two, married to Marina, and usually the one seeing the glass as half full. I love sharing a good laugh — and I’m a sports enthusiast through and through.
Skiing is my passion. I especially love steep, untouched slopes, but I also coach moguls and have been trained by the Swedish Ski Association. Summers are all about family time at our summer house near Gävle, packed with golf, fishing, and football.
Fun fact
I wrote Will–Skill–Hill – Leading Through Challenges, a leadership book used in Sweden’s ski instructor training. And yes — I’ve done (or at least used to do) backflips on skis.
