I joined TIC in the fall of 2022 as a Corporate Performance Management Consultant and have since been part of several diverse projects for a wide range of clients. Every engagement is different — we tailor our teams and approach to each client, creating performance management and follow-up processes that truly work.

Because we’re a small and dynamic company, I also get to be involved in various internal initiatives that help move TIC forward — something I find both exciting and a great opportunity for growth.

Education & Previous Experience

I hold a Master’s degree in Business and Economics, with a specialization in Service Management, from the Umeå School of Business, Economics, and Statistics. I also studied Management and Business Administration at EDHEC Business School in Lille, France.

Before university, I spent several years working in the retail and service industries — both in Sweden and abroad — often combining work with travel and exploring new cultures. The common thread in everything I’ve done? Working with people — something I genuinely enjoy and thrive on.

A bit about me

Originally from Stockholm, I’ve spent many years living and traveling abroad — most recently four years in Umeå. Now I’m back in Stockholm, and it feels great to finally be home again.

Outside of work, I love staying active and social. You’ll often find me out with friends and family, checking out restaurants, hitting the gym, or going to live concerts. I’m always on the move, and my calendar’s usually packed! I also love unwinding in the Stockholm archipelago at our family’s summer house.

Fun fact

I used to compete in alpine skiing and have also worked as a ski instructor in three countries — Sweden, Austria, and Switzerland!
