Corporate Performance Management Expert

My role at The Information Company

As a partner at The Information Company, I wear several hats. In client projects, I’m responsible for customer success and quality assurance. Internally, I focus on sales and business development.

I also lead our fantastic team of consultants and project managers — a role where I spend much of my time supporting their development and helping them grow professionally.

Education & Previous Work Experience

I hold a Law degree (LL.M.) and a Bachelor's in Business Administration (B.Sc.) from Stockholm University.

Although I originally set out to pursue a legal career, I realized partway through my studies that it wasn’t quite the right fit. So, I completed a business degree alongside my law degree and graduated in 2000.

I began my career at IBM Global Services as a management consultant, focusing on strategy and change management. After five years, I decided to branch out and start my own consulting firm. Since 2009, I’ve been an active part of The Information Company, leading countless performance management projects across a broad range of sectors.

A bit about me

I’m what you might call an “Ericsson kid,” having grown up abroad while my parents moved around on international assignments. I returned to Sweden at age twelve and have lived in Stockholm ever since.

I first settled in Södermalm, where I went to school and lived for many years. These days, I live with my family in Värmdö — where a lot of our time revolves around our family’s horse and riding. I’m also passionate about watersports, especially Wake Foiling.

Fun fact

Back in 2004, I helped organize a major Stockholm business conference on emerging markets — and ended up inviting both the Presidents of Latvia and Moldova to attend and speak.

The event was a success… until I was summoned to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and firmly informed that you can’t just bring heads of state into Sweden. Turns out, state visits are kind of a big deal. Oops!
