Corporate Performance Management Consultant /Head of the Gothenburg Office

My role at The Information Company

I’ve been part of TIC since the fall of 2016 — and it just keeps getting more fun! In client projects, I typically work as a senior consultant and project manager, helping organizations build performance management and follow-up processes that truly make a difference.

I’m also responsible for TIC’s Gothenburg office and our presence on the West Coast.
Over the years, I’ve worked with more than 25 organizations across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors.

Beyond my consulting role, I lead TIC’s marketing and communications — making sure we’re visible, relevant, and creating great experiences through events and content.

Education & previous experience

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Auditing and a Master’s in Management from the School of Business, Economics, and Law at the University of Gothenburg. I also studied German extensively — Vielen Dank! — and took additional courses in business and marketing at Mannheim Business School and the University of Zurich.

Before joining TIC, I worked mainly in retail — which I loved for its fast pace and close customer contact. I spent time with H&M in four countries: Canada, Germany, Norway, and Sweden. That experience gave me valuable insight into how different work cultures operate.

A bit about me

I was born and raised in Gothenburg and, after a few years abroad and in Stockholm, I’ve happily returned to where I feel most at home — close to the sea.

I love staying active, whether it’s running, spinning, or taking long walks with my dog.
In the summer, I’m usually on the golf course. In the winter, I try to get on the slopes as often as possible — even if the West Coast isn’t exactly a skier’s paradise.

Fun fact

I love rewatching the same TV shows — over and over. I know just about every line from Friends and The Office, and I’ve probably seen every episode more times than I care to admit.
