What we do
We support our customers with Performance Management to ensure all employees act according to the organization’s strategy. That means getting all employees working towards the same direction. For real. Every day. In every decision.
By getting our support, our customers reach their budget and revenue targets, increase their number of deals, improve their customer satisfaction and they make sure their employees have a clear direction on where the organization is going.
How we work with our customers
Our projects, together with our customers, usually boils down to three overall phases:
1: Understand the current state
Conducting a current state analysis of an organization creates an understanding for its unique state and needs. By identifying and improving the strengths in the organization’s current Performance Management, and therefore adjusting where the real needs are, a custom-made solution is ensured. All solutions are unique and in line with each organization’s unique needs.
2: Defining the Objec-tives
If you do not know where you are going, it is hard to get there. That is why management teams and employees always should be involved when defining objectives. Objectives should reflect the organization’s strategy, be focused and clear enough for all employees. When there is a red line all the way from the long-term vision to daily work decisions and actions, that is when it makes a difference, for real.
Verified Steering Model
A verified steering model makes it clear for each individual how he or she can contribute to the organization as a whole.
A verified steering model makes it clear for each individual how he or she can contribute to the organization as a whole. The steering model is the framework for how objectives are defined and followed up, and shows how the organization’s vision and long-term objectives are connected all the way to each employees’ actions and initiatives in everyday life.
Actionable Objectives
Actionable Objectives is about identifying the objectives that will operationalize and make the strategy more concrete.
Actionable objectives is about identifying the objectives that will operationalize and make the strategy more concrete. Actionable objectives are focused enough to make the vision and direction clear for all organizational units and employees. Therefore, it is easy for all employees to know how to act in order to reach the objective.
Validated Indicators
Validated indicators are needed to quantify an objective. The quantification shows if there has been any progresses within the wished areas.
Validated indicators are needed to quantify an objective. The quantification shows if there has been any progress within the wished areas. By having an indicator with a clear definition, owner, identified source and dimension, it will result in a high-qualitative follow-up where focus will be on making decisions.
Relevant Target Levels
Relevant target levels are set to clarify if the objective or area are in need of a development, how much and when.
Relevant target levels are set to clarify if the objective or area are in need of a movement, how much and when. All objectives can be analyzed objectively with carefully crafted target levels, which means that the right decisions and actions can be made.
3: Reaching the Objectives
If you want to affect an individual’s behavior within Performance Management, 20% is about defining the objectives and 80% is about the way the objectives are continuously followed up. If you want to achieve results, it is absolutely crucial to have a structured and continuous follow-up process of the defined objectives.
Pedagogic visualization
By using a pedagogic visualization, you will help individuals to process facts and information in an easy and appealing way.

We determine how, in which forums, in what order and with what effect the follow-up should be done. By following up the defined objectives, you will get feedback on how you perform, where feedback is known to be the most effective tool in order to change and/or enhance behavior among employees.
Fact-based decision-making
Making decisions based on facts means analyzing why an outcome is what it is and what actions that are needed to reach the objectives the following time-period.
